We are only 22 miles southwest of Abilene, Texas and able to serve the guests and local folks of the Big Country area. Three local universities, Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene State Park, Taylor County Expo Center, and Buffalo Gap Historic Village, provide events that allow families and couples to take time for themselves. Buffalo Gap hosts the Shades of Hope treatment center, the annual Old Settlers Reunion, a bi-weekly flea market, antique shopping and Perini's, a five star restaurant that is brimming with Texas hospitality. Summertime fireflies and hummingbirds are a delight to watch from a rocking chair on the back porch . In the Fall, bronze and burgundy oak leaves cover the hills and the comforting smell from a wood burning fireplace invite you to slow your busy pace.
